I hope this message finds you all enjoying your summers. Summer can be the best time of the year to spend quality time with family and friends and forget about school for a bit. While I certainly hope you are having a relaxing, fun summer; I also hope that all SFC students are doing some daily reading to keep their minds exercised and fresh!
Each school year our students have the choice to reinvent themselves. What we accomplished last year may have been great, but no one can rest on past accomplishments alone. With each new school year we have the opportunity to make a fresh start- learn from mistakes, build on past progress and develop new strengths. I want to encourage all students to participate in our school community by becoming involved in a variety of activities such as, clubs, sports, or chorus, as well as other events and happenings that are taking place throughout the school year. We want you to show your Cabrini Pride and most importantly to be an upstanding school citizen. I am honored to be your principal and am excited about this upcoming school year
I want to invite parents, guardians and family members to get involved both here at the school and in partnership with your child’s educational experience. Working in partnership, we will make 2017-2018 a great school year.
Please review our parent/student handbook (attached) and on the website. This is a great resource. It provides information such as academics at school as well as arrival and dismissal procedures and the discipline policy. Keep it handy for reference throughout the year. Also attached to this letter, you will find a list of our staff members along with their grade and room assignments.
Since the last day of school some changes were made including staff and homeroom assignments including adding another 3rd and 4th grade. Please know that we understand change can be difficult for our students and we have tried to be mindful of that. With that being said, I would like to introduce new faculty members.
